Canning with Confidence: Pressure Canners Watch Party 5:30 pm
Come to our watch party at 5:30 pm in the library. Pressure canners provide the only safe method for preserving low-acid foods, such as green beans, meats, squash and pumpkin, and stews, soups, and broths. In this program, you will learn how to safely can low-acid foods and receive tested recipes that help take the pressure out of pressure canning.
